some additional info from SportLocker Olean:
Nike in any shirt is not an option for us. We simply cannot get turnaround fast enough on shirts from them to handle at once orders like we are discussing.
I chose Adidas as they are more responsive with at once orders and they had stock in a brown tee-shirt we could use . In addition, Adidas is the exclusive vendor for the NBA teams. They do offer dri fit but again the price increases quite abit.(not in brown). The computer representation of the neckline is just a mock up we did on a computer . It will be like any regular tee shirt you buy at any retailer.
If AN says put his name on it we can do that , but not without somehow receiving his permission.
As for sizing and availability ...if we are going to make it available online at our site we need to be certain i pick a shirt i can can access quickly from the vendor. A basic non brand name tee shirt will be the only shirt that i can get quickly in mens, women's and kids sizes . That Adidas brown tee is only available right now in adult mens medium thru xxl. Thats why i said those sizes could be offered online.
Everrything we are talking about producing would take about 7 to 10 days to produce and make available online. Hopefully i covered all your questions.

I hope I am wrong but I doubt Andrew's agents are going to let him have shirts sold with his name on it without getting any money for it.
I would also bet that Andrew has had to sign up with the NBA PA and who knows if they have some sort of rule.

True on both counts, but the replica 44 jersey without his name on it can be sold. In addition, it depends what type of contract he has with his agent. At this stage, I'm not sure the NBAPA would have any say in the matter as he is not a union member at this point.

Yes a jersey with the #44 or a tshirt in this case can be sold without his name. No argument there. I was talking about having his name on it.

The problem is getting his verbal ....
it's an innocent thing as Sports Locker isn't breaking the bank on it ... but it also is a trivial matter in the grand scheme of things.
I sent AN a message but does he have the time to look at it ... did he even see it? much less send it to his agent Mark B for approval / advise.
It would have been a nice touch but its not that important ... showing up at the draft ..... now that is much more important! in brown and white!

Just spoke to the SPORTS LOCKER in OLEAN.
They have received a good initial response and many orders to the shirt
in the last days and will print and start shipping tomorrow so that they are received in time for the draft.
