dstebb,

All I said was some people I know feel that AN could be a good fit for the Knicks. It's not like I am hanging with Isaiah Thomas or Jim Dolan who collectively will make this decision. As far as Lin being the PG of the future that will go as long as he plays well. Sort of like the situation Mark Sanchez finds himself in with Tim Tebow. We will see on Thursday. As far as the nightlife and all the "distractions" that go with NYC, you have got to be kidding. The kid has a level head on his shoulders so what's to worry. Adolph, you ought to let your guard down and take a trip down to sin city. You seem to be stuck in another decade.

I never said anything about the nightlife? Are you possessed?

Sorry dstebb-Adolph is worried about the nightlife and other distractions that AN could get caught up in if he ended up here. Let's see how things end up. He'll probably end up with the Timberwolves or someone like that.

I don't know.

I had a dream last night that involved a wise toad wearing a crown of gold. I think he said his name was Winston. Anyway, Winston told me that Nicholson would be drafted by the Knicks. I believe him and count him as a reliable source.

Thanks for the morning chuckle. That was hilarious Adolph.

Well Minnesota doesn't have a first rounder... sooooooo.
If I were to put five teams that I think are the most likely, I'd go (in no order):
Orlando, Boston, Atlanta, Cleveland, Houston.

If Drew goes to Boston I'll be so pissed. Miami and Boston are my two least favorite teams in the world.

People are drafted all the time by teams they've never worked out for so I don't put much stock into that. The NBA draft is crazy too with all kinds of trades, he could even be drafted by a team and then have his rights flipped to another immediately - it's impossible to tell.

I'll throw out some teams not thought of that he could get flipped too. I wouldn't be suprised if the Memphis Grizzlies trades Rudy Gay and in part of that deal gets lined up in the Andrew Nicholson range to select him. OKC could trade up/for his rights. I'll even throw out a darkhorse - the L.A. Lakers could decide to trade Gasol, particularly to Atlanta - they'd end up with players and the 23rd pick where they could select Andrew - who knows!

Donnie Walsh is now President of the Indiana Pacers after a few years with the Knicks. Let's see what he and Larry Bird (staying thru the draft and consulting) have up their sleeves as the draft starts. AN with the Pacers and Bona @ Hinkle Fieldhouse in Indpls.I like it; stranger things have happened.
