congrats to dr lauren matz of the english department who won the national senior spelling bee (age 50+) in knoxville, tenn last saturday...dr matz took home to olean a trophy and a check for $1,000 for her winning effort...her husband, dave, is also a prof at bonas...he works in the classical languages department...
