From the article, "St. Bonaventure coach Jim Crowley said he refrained from stopping the clock to set up a final shot. 'I don’t really like to call timeouts there,' Crowley said. 'I think the game gets really overcoached a lot in those situations.'" God bless Crowley. If only more coaches in all sports felt the same way. "Use it or lose it" timeouts, freezing the kicker, et. al, are one of the banes of modern sports. (In my next rant, I will address the 3 pt. shot...)
