Just looked up the TV network for this game in Rhode Island and its OSN (Ocean State Network). If you go to the URI website and click on audio it will bring you to the following page in which it seems you can purchase the rights to view tomorrows game for $5. So if you cannot make the trip to URI looks like we can still view the game. www.coxhub.com/live-stream-packages-uri-vs-st-bonaventure-1-25-2015

The Rams are favored by 7 points on Kenpom, but I would be surprised if the Bonnies don't beat that. Based on conference games only, Bona has the 4th best offense up against the A10's best defense. URI's offense rates 11th vs. the Bonnies #8 defense. Bonnies are 3rd best in TO's vs. 14th for the Rams. Neither team rates very high in making 3-pointers and URI has the best 3-point defense. Bonnies are 2nd in blocks while Rhode Island is the best. Maybe this game will end in regulation time in a 39-39 tie! An interesting note is that the game will feature two members of the Associated Press 2013 Michigan Boys Basketball All State team. One who will see plenty of playing time is the Rams' super soph, E.C. Matthews. Let's hope we see something good from the other, our own redshirt freshman, Jalen Adams. highschoolsports.mlive.com/news/article/1658390391979999737/arthur-hills-jalen-adams-eric-davis-named-to-ap-class-a-all-state-boys-basketball-team/

E.C Matthews has been dealing with a foot injury for weeks now. He is not 100% to play tomorrow. His numbers over the last few weeks are way down across the board. If he sits Bonas will have a much better shot at winning. URI as 70 noted, is an ELITE defensive team. They rank atop the nation in several defensive metrics. Posley is going to have a much harder time getting clean looks tomorrow. If Bonas can play solid defense and force URIs normal TO numbers it could be a close finish. Their defense could be the deal breaker though as only Kansas has scored over 70 on them this season. They have 1 home loss. www.thebonablog.com

My wife and I will be at the game and the pre-game gathering. Don't know yet where our game seats are located. Looking forward to my first live game action this season and fingers crossed for a close, hard-fought W. Go Bonnies.

LAMAR ODOM, the greatest Rhody of all time. Will never forget his clutch shot against temple to win the A-10 championship. DION Wright blows up for a 15-15 game tomorrow

I remember Lamar Odom against the Bonnies in old Keaney Gymnasium. Odom jumped so high to slam in a rebound with one hand. The ball hit the back of the rim, flew up almost to the rafters. It came down at midcourt where J.R. Bremer caught it in a huge collision. The officials called the foul on Rhody and Harrick got a technical. Bonnies ended a long Rhody win streak in Keaney that night.

If Bonnies come out with passion we will beat Rhody.
This team has got to come out and play from the first whistle.

E.C. Matthews out for today's game, is leagues' #2 scorer behind Posley. Has been nursing an injury for some time now. That line probably went went from URI -8 to more like -3. www.thebonablog.com

Based on how things go with this team, I'm more worried now.
