He's got workouts set up with the Knicks and Jazz. Whats the best case for Youssou? A lot of times its better go undrafted then be a very late pick because it allows the player to choose the best situation for themself. Would just be so cool to have 2 bona players drafted in 3 years Especially considering the fact that they are both big men and the Bonnies need to recruit one.

Overseas is kind of funny. Youssou is overseas now.

I watched the video of the Grizzlies workout, and Ndoye looked like he had trimmed up, or "leaned up".. Looked an awful lot like a young Zach Randolph in that Grizzlies jersey!.. I really believe he has a bright future in the NBA (not a biased opinion, or saying he's going to light it up) but he could have a healthy long running career, given the right situation..

I saw the same article after a workout with the Sixers, which made me think he had the Sixers in mind, when making that decision.. Like i posted before, the Sixers have 5 2nd Round Picks, and are notorious (lately) for drafting and stashing players they like, so i hope that is the case!.. With the lack of depth on the Sixers, and the only big man they have being a free agent, Ndoye may only have to spend a season over seas, if that. They also have their D-League affiliate in Delaware, Delaware 86ers, where he can play and earn a spot on the team (or on any team)...

I see that the UMass center was picked in the 2nd round. How does Youssou compare to him ? Also, did the absence of the experienced Gathers at guard hurt Youssou's senior season ?

I watched a fair amount of the PIT games with Yousou, and I thought his performance there was really subpar. The other A10 guys all looked better. It's too bad. Yousou has had really good games over his time at Bona and some real stinkers too. I was hoping he would shine at Portsmouth, but he didn't really. I'm sure he will land in a good situation, just not NBA (yet).

during the last season it appeared at times that sbu had trouble getting the ball inside to the big guy. As a result, it looked like youssou got frustrated and [naturally] try to force things. no reflection on adams, but senior leadership and experience at guard goes a long way towards keeping the bigs in the game and happy.

Can't say I'm thrilled about him going to Orlando. Hopefully he has a better experience there than Andrew did. www.thebonablog.com
