2018 G Keshaun Saunders of CIA Bounce/Team Ennis now has very strong interest from St Bonaventure
2018 6’5’ G Keshaun Saunders 11 points– Ultra-aggressive scorer with huge upswing. Can simply rise up on a dime and elevate over defenders. perimeter shooting is getting more and more consistent as time goes on.

Does the AD have a connection to this kid?

Does the AD have a connection to this kid? Probably not. "really liking our new AD" is just code for "still hating on our old coach".

Res is decoding messages now....with a 'like' from the dadster - brilliant !! No wonder topics wander so off base on this board... Sorry if you are blind to the many changes in approach since the AD came on board - he is doing a great job - and yes they are in Athletics infrastructure, areas of recruitment (we signed a NYC kid and a Rochester kid ), approach (we are offering higher level and much earlier), and MOST importantly - we dont have our guy telling national media anymore how lousy our location is and how lousy our facilities are to explain low level recruiting. Now if we could ONCE hear how its a joy to recruit a kid to Bonaventure given our tradition, rabid fan base, Conference level, Conference tv contract and beautiful campus and top student/teacher ratio??? Maybe in year 10 we get such a quote.....then maybe few more alums could warm to him This AD's success will in large part be measured by the success of the top program - no way he was going to let this mickey mouse recruiting approach go on and on to the program so important to his success. Read the Bio on the UMAss website - top assistant there talks of coaching the Empire State games back in the 1990s...they had obtained a few future NBA players and won their only gold. The UMass guy was the asst...the head basketball coach guy was our AD - yes he is very involved in basketball and his contacts paid immediate dividends in Tareq Coburn in a school/coach/area he is well networked in. An area in 9 years i'm not sure we knew existed - even though we have strong hoops alums down there from the Stith's all the way down to Shandue Mcneil head AAU guy at NY Lightening. Apparently you and the gang must be pissed with all these early offers since the spring time is when its best to offer - I'm confused as heck - where are all the complaints about offering early if the best strategy was to always wait until May? When you put the decoder down - let us know what you and the dadster plan to do without our 2 frosh centers from last year...?

David Cordova follows Metro NY area HS events like very few & is well aware that Tareq Coburn is a Bonnie. Cordova, from the Bronx, will graduate from St Francis, Bklyn in 2017. Nice to see him plug Bona.

Good! Chances are slim this kid finishes at McQuaid but we should be giving a go at local guys. Pat Lawless @patlawless_ 13h13 hours ago Isaiah Stewart, a class of 2019 PF from McQuaid Jesuit (NY), just picked up an offer from St. Bonaventure.

2fal4life, what about STEWART's teammate at McQuaid, CAM WILSON, 6-9 c, heard he is very improved, should the staff be looking at him?

2fal4life, what about STEWART's teammate at McQuaid, CAM WILSON, 6-9 c, heard he is very improved, should the staff be looking at him? We should be kicking the tires. The staff has proven they can develop bigs so if he has any game, they should be on him. I'm hoping to catch (or even work) a few McQ games this season and see for myself.
