I believe the Bonnies have a shot at overtaking Richmond to get the double bye, but the others in the top 4 will be very difficult to dislodge.

Agreed...gotta zero in on the Spidies and Rhody...both do not have an easy road and could be 3 way tie for 3rd/4th after this weekend (Bonnies lose both of those tie-breakers but then it's game on to get one more win than those other teams). Bonnies got to take care of business - next two games are HUUUUUGE....

I think Kenpom has us finishing 4

Actually, Kenpom projects we finish 11-7 in a 5th place tie with LaSalle. Next higher is Richmond, which is projected to finish 12-6. We need to win two more games than the Spiders in the remaining 7, including a win over LaSalle.
Edit: And, of course, LaSalle has to win no more games than we do.

Don't see it listed but maybe I missed it...SBU is ahead of GMU based on head to head win. Bonnies own that tiebreaker...only one that really matters at this point. Wednesday night is the next.

We have to take care of our business, but I see Richmond losing 2-3 more games...we have a GREAT shot at the 4 if we just win our games

George Mason getting hot could be really good for the Bonnies they still play a number of the teams ahead of them in the standings and are one of the few teams we have a tie breaker over. If the Bonnies can take care of business Mason could be the help we need to get back to a double bye. Davidson is the other team that could get hot and help out the Bonnies by knocking off some of the top teams, but that doesn't matter if the Bonnies don't start taking care of business.

If we end up kind of where we are now (6/7), will this be the first year in quite a few where we've underperformed pre-season predictions?

Mason certainly can help us out but I still dont give us a great shot to get a double bye. Rhode Island and or Richmond have to lose 2 more games or we need Mason involved in a tie breaker to have a shot. That is if we win the rest of our games and we still have road games at Dayton and Davidson. The GW loss really hurt our chances (not to mention the VCU robbery). UConn won 5 games in 5 days in the old Big East so 4 in 4 is not impossible.
Richmond has VCU and Davidson at home but then finish up with 3 cakes in UMass, Fordham and St Louis. It will be tough to pass them if they take care of business. Rhode Island has a much tougher road but they are a better team in my opinion. I can see them losing 2 more and leaving the door open.

Not to bring optimism to the board, but this team is in a similar position as the '11 - '12 Bonnies team. That team was pretty much a disappointment until February. They were 13-10 (6-5) before winning four of their last five before the A10 tournament.
That '11-'12 team really had only had two real scoring threats, but much more depth and guys like C. Johnson, M. Wright and Kloof stepped their games up near the end of the year.
This team has two great scorers, but needs guys like Andoh and Gregg to step up their scoring for the end of the year. Like many have said before, we need to see more minutes and solid play from our bench if we want to have any shot as we approach A10s.
We might be able to win five of our last six, but we really need our offense to find the rhythm they had back in November and December.

Looking at the schedule after tonight's game, we are in the drivers seat for the 4 seed...COULD get to 3...URI, RU, and GMU have much tougher schedules left
