Well I think we've found our 3rd scorer to go with Andrew and Hall. But it's not Leonard, it's Davenport.

Three players shooting close to or over 70% from the floor with more than 17 points apiece? Can't be too sad about that! 'Hope we get this kind of scoring against the Johnnies...

I'll nitpick about the mindless turnovers (we may have 20 turnovers) and some defensive lapses (o.k., and problems blocking out at times) but really a very good game for the Bonnies. Davenport out with 19 pts. Bonnies are going to win - 72 - 62 !!!!
(you're welcome, bonnieshoops.)

bonnieshoops - Andrew - 17 pts., 7 rbs, 4 blocks. Hall - 20 pts., 8 rbs. Davenport 19 pts. and more crazy offensive rebounds off of foulshots. Mathews only 4 or 6 pts but a great floor game, @ 6 assists several blocks and rebounds.

The first half was the most complete half of Bona ball in a very long time. The offense clicked with so many baskets off of good passes and finishing plays by athletic players. There were so many highlight plays by Michael, Andy, Chris, & Jonathan. Every time CSU got to within 12 we had the answer provided by multiple players.
The only down period of the game was Hall’s 3 consecutive, as bartmitchell called them, mindless TOs. I wondered why the ball was in his hands so often in the backcourt with less than 4 mins to play. So many impressive plays in this game to recall them all. Haven’t said that in a long time. Great way to start the season.
