What about Conger? How much time did he see on the court? I am not complaining, I really would like to know. I have high hopes he will be an impact on the teams second half of the season.

The box score says DEMETRIUS played 2 minutes, took 2 shots(one a 3pt) had 2 rebounds, a foul, and a turnover. CONGER came in when Coach SCHMIDT was really struggling to find a working combination. MICHAEL DAVENPORT also struggled in the 1st half but came back nicely to key the big run in the second half. I have high hopes for CONGER too, and was hoping he matched up better with the GRIFFS but did look a bit overmatched when in there. I give Coach PARROTTA credit, except when he got that 8 pt lead in the second half and switched his team's offense approach, Coach P really had his team hustling.

A few comments from what I saw: Welcome back Jonathan Hall. He got some breathers during the game and each time he came back in, made a positive difference. Very nice crowd considering no students. The entire lower section was packed including end-zones. True they were quiet til the end, but this was a bit of a nail-biter until Ogo iced it from the stripe. Coach seemed rather calm tonite and I think that helped. Yes, he still paces the sidelines like a caged cheetah, but if that can calm him down, pace away. I really think this team is an obvious extension of his emotions/reactions/coaching on the court. Also, coach made a very important change in Andrews offense in the second half. Instead of just posting him low and getting triple-teamed once he got the ball in the first half, in the second, he had Andrew cut from the weak side and receive easy entry passes and then easy baskets. Also, some nice offensive rebounding by committee in the second half. P.S. Haven't seen a point guard (Turner) as quick and complete on our floor since Marcus Green.
