Adam Finklestein of New England Recruiting Report tweeted following. Same guy that first reported Ndoye signing with Bonnies. "6-7 forward Jean Yves Toupane from Lee Academy (ME) has committed to, and signed with, St. Bonaventure." "I had been hearing a lot about Toupane to SBU. Looks like it's official now." per @finkelsteinnerr. twitter.com/#!/search/toupane His website has a few articles on Toupane. www.newenglandrecruitingreport.com/recruits/player/1977/Jean-Yves-Toupane.php

From the well informed Sir Elton from Bevel. Sir Elton remember patience is a virtue.

Absolutely. Oleka is a 4. Toupane is more of a wing. Frankly, I expected to hear positive news on Oleka last week. The delay is curious. Hopefully, there hasn't been a change in his situation.

A recruiting class of Toupane, Edwards, and Oleka would be great...Plus maybe another big with the 4th scholarship would be icing on the cake. One step at a time sounds like Troupane can be a scorer that we will need in the coming years.

Well Bart, as you know, no surprise. They have been on him for quite some time. He visited there before he visited Bona. I know he would really gel with the guys we have. I wish him all the best in selecting the right match for him.

Bruiser Flint is really starting to anger me. Agreed '02. Conspiracy theories against a certain ex-coach of ours aside, year after year it seems like no one is in with the same kids as us like Bruiser is. I know they have Casey Carroll and Damion Lee who we were both after, and there may be others. Lee was first poached by a certain ex-assistant of ours, now at Marshall, but I believe it wound up they didn't even have a scholarship for him. Then Bruiser grabbed Lee. And it seems Lee is going to be a player - missed a double-double by 1 rebound in Drexel's opener against Rider.
