So Beth Huston is gone; thus infer she was the complainant! Anyone have the inside scoop on what went down?

That's a harsh statement. I don't recall ever saying that I didn't care... I said nobody cares --- meaning the majority of people in the Olean area. No one seems to care that the women's program has been going downhill since Jim Crowley took over the team. When will anyone see that he can't win games?

Don't blame Crowley, no one's ever going to win games in that program. They've got a budget that's considerably lower than most, if not all of the other A-10 schools. He earns much less than most, if not all of the other A-10 coaches.
My point is when Crowley's moved on past St. Bonaventure, you can take his replacement's name and put it in place of Crowley's in statements like, "Why can't _____________ win games?"
After this whole contrived and convoluted scenario against he and Coach Young, he's probably nothing more than a lame duck anyway. It's the last year of his contract and his reputation has been wrongfully damaged.
If people really did care about that program, I'd imagine they might be wondering why SBU would commit to another season with a potential lame duck head coach.

ok..there's been more than enough postings about Woman's BB to start taking an interest....
just read his bio on the gobonnies site....alot of positive things there about him...team being competitive, the development of 2-players, the student-athletic thing etc...
can someone give a commentary about him and the team?
-is it a "non-revenue" sport?
-what is his salary and where does it rank in the A10?
-what is the budget? A10-rank?
-attentance
-etc...
are we competitive in relation to the above, what is he being judged on besides W-L.....is he doing a good, fair, average job?
forget the wrongful situation, that doesn't matter...is he doing a good job with the tools he has to work with, would someone else do better with the same tools?
finally, is he a likeable guy? is he liked/respected by the hierarchy at SBU?
just getting curious.....

I would venture a semi educated guess that the pay for an assistant womens Bball coach @ SBU is far below a starting teachers salary at any local high school. Very low budget are the Bonnies.

Don't really have any info - just that both female assistants are leaving. Whitmore has taken another coaching job somewhere
