Score yet another A10 win over the SEC. Spidey 93, Vandy 92 in ot. Spidey keeps winning despite playing rec league caliber defense. Twice in overtime the UR on ball defender positioned himself to give up a straight line drive without any help in the paint. They are going to struggle if anyone can limit them on the offensive end.

A-10 continues to win against the SEC. Rhode Island looked good tonight over Alabama 93 - 79. They were pretty much up by double digits most of the game until Alabama made a run to cut it to six several times, but Rhody had an answer every time it got close.

I know this is non A10 related...
JG3 (Joe Girard III) hit five treys, 7/8 fg, 24 pts in his first career start, led Cuse to 22-pt win over Seattle U.
The kid was last year's NYS Mr. Basketball, led Glens Falls to state and federation B titles and ran the table. Give him an opening, he'll treat 3-balls like layups. Scored close to 5k pts at GF. OHS got an upclose look in last March's state semis...JG3 torched Huskies for 39.

Not A10 but Vermont remains undefeated with a win at St Johns.
Vermont is a real good team.

Schmidt mentioned that with forward Osun Osunniyi out due to an injury, the Bonnies need to rely on their younger players to step up. Above statement is from Intrepid. I see comparisons to last year. Courtney and LaDarien have significant injuries. Schmidt tells Kyle he needs to take a role of a scorer. We all know Kyle flourished in this new expanded role. These injuries also helped Osun and Dom to see more playing time, which helped their development. Courtney and LaDarien's injury ruined Bonas OOC record (4-9) but Bonnies became a much better team during A-10 play. Bona finished 4th in the A-10 and remember this was a team predicted to finish 9th during A-10 Media Day. Hopefully Osun will be back soon. The fortunate thing to come from Osun's injury is Winston's expanded role, which I doubt would have occurred without Osun being out. Like last year, injuries might make this a better Bonnie team. intrepidsbu.com/2019/

UVM jumped out 7-0 on UVA. But Cavaliers rallied, up 24-18 at the break in one of their typical D-minded games. Lamb only 1/6.

Vermont leads Virginia 34 - 31 with 12 minutes to go. Vermont is a quality/experienced team! The Cats are a veteran, tough-minded club. They don't mind getting down and dirty versus a team as strong as UVa. Might this be this week's Evansville over UK upset special?

How hot is Lamb? He has merely scored 25 of UVM's 28 pts at the 6-min mark. Against the defending champions.
