So without Osun healthy (And I’m including the Ohio game), the Bonnies:
Score 0.9552 points per possession
Allow 1.1056 points per possession
With Osun, the Bonnies:
Score 1.0825 points per possession
Allow 0.9208 points per possession
We averaged 67 possessions per game without Osun, which translates to:
+8.5 offense, and -12.4 defense per game. aka, Healthy Osun = 20.9 swing in our favor.
aka, if we had Osun healthy every game, we’d be 18-3 with losses to UD and VCU (Quad 1), and Buffalo (ugh), but that’d put us Number 23 in the RPI (probably around 27 in the NET). Or maybe we’d still lose Ohio, and be 17-4, but 25 in the RPI and about 30 in the NET.
But that would also gives Dayton and VCU a Q1 win each (instead of Q3!), and raise everyone in the A-10’s SOS a few slots — aka, we’d be three bid league easy, with us getting a 7 seed**. And SLU could get us a fourth bid.
** Haha, just kidding, we’d DESERVE a 7 seed, they’d give us a much worse seed.
