Wow. Get this man back in the league. Keep it up Jay - "Adams averaged 21.5 points, 5.7 assists and 5.1 rebounds while leading Wisconsin to a league-best 33-10 record in a season that was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He was notably efficient, shooting 49 percent from the field, including 41 percent from 3-point range, while also establishing himself as one of the league’s best defensive guards. The former Bona standout placed second in the G League’s Most Valuable Player award voting for the 2019-20 season, league officials announced Thursday. He finished behind only Herd teammate Frank Mason III, who took MVP honors as voted on by the league’s 28 head coaches and general managers." www.oleantimesherald.com/olean/adams-finishes-second-in-g-league-mvp-voting/article_93ae6d8f-c8a5-5de1-ac7a-21fa8ea5e709.html

Fantastic! Great for Jay, he's sticking with it, building his vitae in the most productive way...through his performance on the court. And, from all I have gathered over the years since he enrolled at Bona, a nice fellow.
Portland is a fine city with a fervent fan base. As a prime example, watch a Timbers MLS game sometime when it is safe for spectators to return.

I believe he will be playing this summer down in Orlando. He may not even see Portland.

Because of a quirk of the NBA salary cap the Blazers actually have 2 Bonnies on the payroll now. They are still paying part of AN's contract for the next 4-5 years due to the way the waived him.
Hopefully Adams has a more successful time with Portland. It is great to see him get another shot. I really hope the NBA bubble happens.

Yeah, whether he makes it or not, at least he gets another bite at the apple.

Jay could see some playing time. The Blazers have no real PG behind Lillard
