I would say 'under' as well. His next court date is this Tuesday (6/7). Good luck Tyler !
Also, on the 'baseball house' front, I hear it may be all over with. It is considered a 'dormitory', and Olean city statutes prohibit dormitories within the city limits.
Lots of empty houses in Allegany though that are available - keep looking Mr. Grap.
What about renting out part of the old Allegany High School ? I believe that is available.
