Just a quick refresher....this year, as last year, games start on Tuesday, with 3 games, seeds 10 thru 15, on Wednesday teams seeded 5 thru 9 plus the winners of the previous day.
On Thursday teams seeded 1 thru 4 play the winners of the previous day.
Friday is off day.
So if the Bonnies don't get a double bye, they will play Wed, Thur, Sat and Sunday on the way to winning the championship. Friday as an off day is a big deal.

The probability of the double bye is mathematically possible, but not probable. If we win out and VCU loses 3 games we can get the double bye.
Most likely the single bye, and if we finish 5th, our current place, we play on Wednesday of tournament week the winner of the 12/15 and with a win would play currently the 4th place VCU rams.

Looking at VCU’s schedule, I think they have 3 losses in them

i am hoping we dont have to play VCU a third time. doing a hat trick against them will be very difficult. my preference would be play DUQUESNE a third time. i would think our chances against them would be better.

I would love to play Duquesne a third time. The way the teams are currently placed the standings, that game would be Sunday on CBS…..also it would be the championship game.

Forget about it. Bona 3 down to VCU w 5 to play, and Rams have a game in hand.
Just win as many as possible and ensure a spot in the 5-8 range.
No gimme Wednesday. LaSalle has given Bona fits before on its home floor.

LaSalle has given Bona fits before on its home floor. VCU has 6 to play, they need to lose 3 of 6. So I don’t understand the “Rams have a game in hand”…..the more games they have the better chance to lose 3, so you never know. But we have to win 5 more, a challenge.

The Bonnies' inconsistent play this season is why they are where they are. That's a tall ask to expect Bonnies to win out while VCU drops three. Odds are remote.

LaSalle is terrible this year. They beat a UMass team that has been very inconsistent. Bonnies should handle LaSalle as they did Fordham.

LaSalle is so terrible that they beat UMass yesterday, the team that has the same conference record as us. No game is easy, especially on the road. Go Bonas.

Bills were in the same situation versus the Phins last season. It can be done.

VCU still has to go on the road to UMass, Richmond and Dayton
We only need 3 losses. Seems unlikely they would get through the above and run the table at home
The biggest question is our own team. Can we win out? If we can I think we get the double bye and would be possibly the most dangerous team at Brooklyn.

They beat a UMass team that has been very inconsistent. Well, we're not exactly the picture of consistency either. I see two challenging road games in a row after a near-death experience on our home court against Davidson. Keep in mind that the UMass game at Bonas was not decided until the very end as well.
