this was fantastic! st johns with the great TONY JACKSON, bona's with the great STITH brothers and WHITEY MARTIN. to the senior members on the board who were some of the other bonnies? was TOM in foul trouble this game? he didnt seem to be on the floor all that much? |

According to Jon Rothstein on Twitter an hour ago:
The 2020 Paradise Jam will not be held in the Virgin Islands as initially planned.
Phoenix and Nashville are two alternate options to host the event.
Field includes Bradley, St. Bonaventure, Buffalo, FIU, Cleveland State, Little Rock, Weber State, and Long Beach State.

Correct Sip. However, there currently is a ban on leasure travel from the US to the Virgin Islands. That will be revisited next week. 2020 sucks.

What were you doing two months ago tonight?
I'm watching the Bonnies/vcu replay on cbs sports for the a10 tournament championship. Still amazed that they got it done with six guys.

Mnbonnie - I have also rewatched that game on YouTube and a big part of it was not only us having only 6, but VCU having only 4, with Bones only being able to play at half speed by getting into immediate foul trouble. I still am surprised that that one collision was called a charge on him, which I think was his #3 and was a huge turning point. I think it was a charge but am still shocked it was called that way as Bones and VCU always seemed to get those calls their way.

Not sure where else to post this question … how does one from outside NYC area (out of state) view the Iona-Bonnies game? Broadcast will be on YES.
I downloaded the YES app and did a little research — but it doesn’t say anything about college hoops.

Not sure where else to post this question … how does one from outside NYC area (out of state) view the Iona-Bonnies game? Broadcast will be on YES. I downloaded the YES app and did a little research — but it doesn’t say anything about college hoops. Unfortunately, if we want to watch the game, we will need to sign up for Spectrum, probably for a month, to get the game. That’s what I had to do to watch the Yanks last year. So if I have Spectrum I can stream through the app? |
