I will listen to the opinions or facts about the upcoming season written by anyone who this time last year predicted that we'd get to the league finals. Otherwise, how 'bout just letting the games play out b/c as I recall it, we were not picked to do much last year, and we made the last league contest of the year! So much for preseason predictions of anyone who missed out on us last year.

Every year we hear the same recycled garbage about how we lost x,y,z and we cant replace them. Yet we have been replacing them just fine.

This is my 10th season back at the RC whoopee !!!! And what a run it has been...
While at the Joyful Rescue fund raiser this weekend I meet "Tony" from Lewiston, NY. He told me that he has been to hundreds of College Basketball courts all over the country and that the Rielly Center is one of the BEST and TOUGHEST courts to play on in College basketball ( not to mention that, he is a HUGH Tim Winn fan )
Umm let's see, you have to admit that over the last 5 to 6 seasons the Bonnies have improved as proven by the thumping they gave the Billikens of St Louis last year in the A10 tournament. A lot of the know-it-alls, pick them last too. Ya sure the Bonnies will lose games this season but as I have observed - let's see where they finish the season and how well they preform in the A10 play-offs.
Who shows up and in what condition they are in, will be a BIG part of who will play this season or just sit the bench and become practice faddier .

Thanks for the correction kcSBU03, I over-optimistically "mis-remembered."And thinking about it, about the only way a program avoids facing the yearly "Oh God, we're loosing over 50% (or usually more) of our production!" is if it has a graduating class that under-produces. Early-on in his tenure, Schmidt stated one of his goals was to have roughly equal classes through any 4 years, and if you do, most likely in any year your seniors will have the best combined numbers and thus you'll have the outgoing class taking big numbers with it. The occasional Nicholson with throw that off, but those guys are rare - nice to get every now and again - but rare.
