Lets face it, the Bonnies will be watching the Siena game, they'll draw up their game plan, go through it on Tuesday, play on Wednesday with the goal of walking in the locker room at the end on the game as the winner, everybody is safe and nobody gets hurt.

Vermont beats Siena. I don't know if that is good or bad. Patsos will be cracking the whip after two losses.

It will be good to have Youssou back. This is the statline from tonight of Vermont's "big", Ethan O'Day (6'9"):
35 minutes, 8-8 shooting, 4-6 FT, 4 Rebounds, 20 points, 2 blocks, fouled out.
Vermont also shot 68.4%...

Siena’s 84-76 loss Monday to the Vermont Catamounts must have been a physical battle with high emotions. 4 Vermont players fouled out, they had a Team “T” & Poole had a “T” for Siena.
This is the Saints 2nd loss while having a small 1st half lead. They have allowed an average of 90 ppg with most coming in the 2nd half.
This team gets to the stripe a LOT. An amazing 34 of their 76 points came from the line Monday night. Poole leads them in scoring (21 ppg) & has more than double the free throw attempts of anyone else. As a team they convert at an 80% rate.
They rebound by committee outrebounding UMass by 3. Very different story Monday where they were totally dominated on the boards 42-16.
Lavon Long has provided steady play & lots of mins contributing 9.5 ppg.
I take OceanStateBonnie’s warning seriously & no doubt our team will be ready for a tough contest. Our returning players will want to wipe away the memory of Hymes winning basket.
I echo socalkid's call to the student section to rock the Reilly. They are huge in games.

What is the weather supposed to be like? I am supposed to drive in from the Cleveland area and I'm starting to wonder if that's such a wise decision.

iggy - here in Olean area 4 to 5 inches of snow. (cold and windy right now) All depends on how the Lake effect comes off of Erie. Hope you make, and if you do, relax after the game and spend the night in town! Drive safe. wgt - that was ones of the best showings in the student section we have had for a long time. They really need to bring the energy with them! Go Bonnies Here are game highlights, ignore the subscription ad and just push the video play button. www.burlingtonfreepress.com/story/sports/college/2014/11/17/uvm-basketball-rallies-beat-siena/19205089/BUT HOLD ON,,, with the Buffalo Airport closed and not looking to open until Spring, does theta mean the Siena Team will have to make the LLLong bus trip to Bonas all the way from Albany???

Ignatius. If you leave Wed. you should be OK after 7 AM. If you are coming up today, stay south. That is life or death driving during whiteouts (on I-90 or I=86). You can always take I-80 ...you will be fine. Take Rt. 66 north from I-80 to Kane, Pa.
The Buffalo airport is open. But, some flights are cancelled. But, if Sienna flies in they have a LONG drive through the snowbelt. Either way (fly from Albany or bus) they have a tiring trip ahead of them. But, Patsos will wake them up with screaming on the sideline.

I'd be stunned if Siena was trying to fly from Albany to Buffalo. Driving is so much easier and would take less time. I'm sure they're going to bus it....it will just be a long and slow trek for them. www.thebonablog.com

Roads to Buffalo are now all closed, except to the north. Sienna has no choice, but to bus it. They are no doubt on their way now. They are now calling for as much as 6 ft of snow south of Buffalo. Unless the wind changes, the Olean-Jamestown are should be OK, but the snow will move closer to I-86 as this weather continues.
