Now the blowout is on. Geno's all-stars up 24, under 6. Ridiculous the talent he gets every year.

Lady Bonnies have a ways to go before they can compete with Dayton and George Washington. The good news is Dayton's two stars Hoover and Malott are graduating.

Coach Crowley has some outstanding inbound talent to assist in an immediate rebuild, including McKenna Maycock of Ramdolph CSD, who is more than likely one of the best all around female athletes to ever come out of Section VI of the NYSSAC. As a senior she averaged close to 30 ppg.

As a senior she averaged close to 30 ppg. I have seen Maycock play more than once. I'm interested to see how her game will translate against A-10 athletes. She works well in space and can really get to the basket - a fantastic dribble-driver which I'm sure is why Crowley scooped her up so early. But whe she's faced tight pressure (which hasn't been much) she's struggled some. I wouldn't expect an immediate big impact right off the bat from her.

Maycock is very good when she plays in WNY. She is very athletic but needs to get much stronger. My daughter and she have had the same AAU coach and I have watched their practices. She also needs to go to the right since she tends to favor her left. When she has the time to focus on bb ,not volleyball and track, she should become a good player. She is a hard worker and good things happen to hard workers.
