You're right bonabacker. The Flyers vs. Bonnies game is going to be crazy.

We have them at home again this year? Don't we go to Dayton this winter since they came here last year?

I'm surprised that went out like that. I've met there SID and worked with him in the past. Pretty classy guy. I'm a little disappointed. Of course, it could be that the coach insisted on including it in the release. I'm more apt to believe that.

Bifurcate.
The DU press release was in poor taste and regrettable. So was the tenure of JVBK and the Wick.
Solomon, however, triaged and provided what Bonnies needed most at the time, a return to respectability in a philosophic context. If Sol won but failed to do redirect the program how many could hold their heads high? It is unfortunate that Sol did not win but he did address the most important issue facing Bonas at the time, IMO.
A new chapter in Bonna Ball opens this season and most would agree it will be built upon a solid foundation albeit challenges like any other program. The platform from which Schmidt prosecutes is solid and much of that is due to Sol. Wish him well…it is proper and adds distinction between Bonas v JVBK, a poorly written press release, etc.
