Rumor has it in Pittsburgh that Stuard Baldonado, suspended from Duquesne, was arrested today for smoking a blunt while sitting on a plastic chair on a Pittsburgh sidewalk. This is a separate incident from the one that got him suspended from Duquesne. His whole future is in serious jeopardy because he is not an American citizen. He could be deported and never have a chance to play in the NBA (if he's that good). This is only a rumor as the wire services have not reported it.

bonasfan: That is an awful lot of God given talent to just give away. I wonder if the shooting may have affected Stuard's mental health.

No shooting affected his mental health.
Get real!
He's just a stupid punk kid involved in illegal activities.
He should be on the deportation fast-track.

A story in the Miami Herald today said that Pittsburgh police said they spotted Baldonado smoking by himself on a street corner near the Duquesne campus. After being questioned, Baldonado was told he would be mailed a summons charging him with misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
Baldonado told one officer who was also involved in his arrest last week that he was "stressed out." The article also mentioned that the Associated Press learned Thursday through court records Baldonado was charged in May with aggravated battery and false imprisonment in a domestic violence case in Miami-Dade County, where he has a girlfriend and a child.
