Hersey's forward Luke Fabrizius, has decided to play for Hersey alum Brian Gregory, at Dayton. The six-foot-nine prospect decided to commit to the Atlantic 10 program this morning, fresh off his official visit.
"I decided to verbal on first official, because it was simply a perfect fit for me. Also, with the current squad and the players coming in, I can very well play in the NCAA tournament all four years I am at Dayton."
Fabrizius, a noted shooter, enjoyed his official visit. "On Friday, I spent time with the coaches and talking with them, as well as viewing the school and talking to academic advising. I also got a chance to meet up with some of the current commitments, including Paul Williams out out Michigan."
"Saturday, we got to scrimmage with the team. Chris Wright might be the most amazing player I have every played with."
Along with Williams, Fabrizius joins Josh Benson and Chris Johnson as 2008 commitments for the Flyers.
Luke will be playing at the Mac Irvin with the Illinois Playmakers the 22nd and 23rd.
