I'm going, but live in CT, still ice on the roads and my driveway. Still plan on going.

Roads in & around NYC just wet. Many ways to get to Rose Hill but below is the best. Come on up butlerta. No fear of Da Bronx.
From the George Washington Bridge: Take LOWER LEVEL of GW & keep in left lane. Off the bridge, take the exit for the Henry Hudson Parkway North (far left lane). Follow the Henry Hudson Pkwy NORTH to Exit 24 (You will pay a toll at the HH Bridge), Mosholu Parkway. Stay on the Mosholu Parkway to the end - about 3 miles (the New York Botanical Garden will be in front of you). Take a right onto Southern Boulevard. Fordham's main entrance is at the third light (about 1/2 mile). Turn right into campus. Campus is about 20 mins from the GW

Hopefully our NYC area fans take away some of the homecourt there is at rose hill.

Triple, the video feed should be on channelsurfing.net tonight, if you want to spare yourself from listening to Nease. www.channelsurfing.net/

... sure hope you Bonnies have better luck getting ON the Fordham campus than my wife and I. We were there this Fall to watch my daughter and The Lady Bonnies play the Rams in an A10 Soccer game--this very fat (didn't bother to get off his seat) gate "guard" absolutely would not allow us to enter! Another campus security guy overheard our "discussion", said he loved the Bonnies way back to 1970 and led us right on through, past Jaba the Hut, or whatever! Nice campus, but, oh my God, what a scary neighborhood!

Stay in Chatham or Huntington or Somers or wherever the heck you are from, you closed-minded windbag. Keep your pigheaded insults for the Bronx to your own lily-white self.

Whoa, whoa, whoaaaaaaaaaaa, buck-o. I see absolutely nothing wrong with what he said in his post. I'm assuming you've been to Fordham, but if you can tell me that's a friendly neighborhood, then I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree. One doesn't have to be a "suburban redneck" to observe the high rise projects and not-so-reputable characters outside the campus. Also, are you calling this guy a liar? What about that post is ridiculous? I assume he ran into a pig-headed security guard... so what? He had a bad experience. If ANYONE sounds like a "wind bag" here, it's you, cholo. P.S.- Yankees suck. The Bronx sucks, Mr. Metropolitan. It's the armpit of NYC.

Keep your pigheaded insults for the Bronx to your own lily-white self. ATTENTION CITIZENS OF WESTERN NY, WE HAVE A SMUG ALERT. THE SMUG CLOUD IS DEVELOPING RIGHT ABOVE STOVERSGHOST'S PLACE IN NEW YORK CITY. BELOW YOU CAN FIND A PIC OF STOVERSGHOST DRIVING HIS HYBRID. BE ON THE LOOKOUT. "Ohhh we live in the city we have art and night life. People from outside the city are all right-wing bible thumpers, that don't understand. But we do because we wear dark-rimmed glasses, have unkept jet-black hair, eat organic food, hang out at independantly owned coffee shops because Starbucks is corporate, drive hybrids, use public transportation, have two cats, pay $1250 a month for our studio apartment with white walls where we can hang the black and white painting our artist friends made, wear scarfs, shop for our clothes at boutiques, support local small businesses, make sure to keep our skin super-pale because we're anti-trends, wear dark colored wool coats, listen to indie-rock, attend independant short-film festivals and smoke cigarettes we roll ourselves." Stoversghost, January 2009 Is this you? or do you just know this guy? P.S. Sorry for being such a "close-minded wind-bag." It must be because I've never had the pleasure of spending more than three straight days in the city that never sleeps. I guess I really should work on becoming more "cultured."

Hopefully our NYC area fans take away some of the homecourt there is at rose hill. Not sure why this thread got off track the way it did. But, in response to bonabacker95, Fordham had no homecourt advantage tonight. My son commented that there were more Bona fans than Fordham fans. Truth is, there was a very strong Bona contingent, and if not greater in numbers, the Bona fans were greater in volume. Fine effort. Of course, the Fordham students were away, with school not in session.
