Good, Chaz, but pretty steaky also.
Bremer.

Ernest "J.R." Bremer.
Edit to add: Actually, Marques Green is the school's all-time leader in three pointers. That young man could certainly fill it up from long range.

Tom Stith His shot from the deep corner was as good as I have ever seen. It would easily be a 3 in today's world.

anybody remember John Mahonchek? All of his baskets would have been from three.

how about Dale Tepas... anyone remember his shooting display against (Villanova?) early '70's? 3-4 straight from NBA range

I'd definitely say Bremer. While Green holds the record, Bremer had less opportunities with the greater talent around him to shoot more attempts. Marques had to shoot all those attempts to keep us competitive when the teams he was on in the last two years would struggle.

vic thomas [in the recruiting class of gantt, thomas, baldwin, hoffie] hit 9 or 10 out of 12 from the field in one half of a game his senior year..at 6'3" he had a smooth stroke..didnt much care to play D, but could shoot it with anyone..jimmy wallace had a great left handed stroke also

Nii was certainly the best in my time there. Although in practice, the true king was Brian Satalin.

For one season, Kevin Houston. For a career, JR.

Earl Belcher would have scored 32 a game instead if 26.9 had there been a 3 ball. I also watched him go 22-23 from the line in one game. My vote.
