I think Cleveland State would provide partner for Bonas at this point. I'm not sure how good their team will be going forward but they do have 22 wins on the season, are in their conference championship game, beat Syracuse, and are geographically a fit.
A home and home would work with them.

SU/ Siena/ Binghamton/ Niagara/ Canisius/ St. John's would make sense. Speaking of the MAAC, Siena has just opened up a game-high eight-point lead over Niagara in the conference championship, 59-51 at the 6:00 mark. Unless the Bona administration was really trying to pinch pennies on the travel budget, I don't think would make sense to play more than 3-4 of these teams, which B02 may or may not have been implying. I agree with South that, being only three hours from Cleveland, it would make sense to set a date with Jayson Gee & the Vikings. Other than the usual names that come up, Cincinnati would also be an intriguing opponent. In addition to the aforementioned New York schools, Cornell has been better as of late and would also be an option.

What about Penn State? I know we play them in club hockey every year....Penn State is not far and they are coming off one of the best seasons in a long time.
