Conference could take a hit if Miller departs for Arizona. Hopefully he stays because while X has been great over the recent years, it could easily lose its luster if a new coach comes in and fails. While it would be good for the Bonnies from a competitive standpoint if Miller leaves, I'd rather see him stay and have the Bonnies win against the best.

I wouldn't worry about it. Xavier is a very enticing job and the school is willing to pay the money for a good coach. The program didn't miss a beat when Pete Gillen left, or when Skip Prosser left, or when Thad Matta left. They'll be successful.

Who will the replacement be if Miller leaves is a good question.
Current Assistant Chris Mack, Herrion from Pitt, Mike Rice from Robert Morris
I would have to go personally with Brad Brownell from Wright State.
