With the anniversary of the 2000 NCAA run approaching I hope the athletic departments finds a date in the Mens B-ball schedule and makes a big to do about that great team. Possibly making it the game against URI, so Coach Baron can be apart of the festivities.
I will never forget the Bona campus that day as everyone around the country knew were Olean, NY was that day.

Personally I don't see the need. Sure it was 30 years since the program made the tournament but I don't see ceremonies honoring the teams of the 60s and 70s that had similar accomplishments.
No offense, but I think that employs a small time program mentality. While that was a memorable year, I don't see a need to do anything special. Maybe if they had gotten to the sweet 16 or something but celebrating a 10 year anniversary of just a tourney appearance sets the bar kind of low.
