8-)D.P.
How about some long overdue kudos to the guy behind the scenes making it happen, Coach Dino Presley.
Keeping the contacts alive are his specialty as is the case with the Roseboro family and Corey Chandler as well.He has a knack and a gift to always be there when the kids need him. I know allot of coaches would be ticked off when a recruit goes in another direction, but Dino's style is supportive and is paying dividends to Bona's as one of the premier recruiting assistant coaches in Div. 1 hoops.
A great first move by Coach Schmidt retaining Dino after the Sol termination. Mr. A.D Watson are you paying attention? Keep these guys together, they are indeed building something special.

Well let's hope he is recruiting Sheehey then... its a good time to be a Bona fan. Is Will Sheehey scenario going to be like Brett's? Brett was a low mid major recruit with the Bonnies at the top of his list. He goes to a few camps and AAU Tournaments and "blows up" and all of a sudden he becomes a high major recruit and the Bonnies are crossed off his list. As BJIF and others have pointed out, Sheehey recently "blew up" this summer at AAU Tournaments. Rivals now has him as a top 150 recruit coming in at 131. Now Sheehey is being recruited by BCS schools. I'm sure his dad will share his unhappy experience at Syracuse, which was caused by being over recruited. This is something Brett did not have. Hopefully Will listens to his dad.

Let me preface this by saying I have never seen Sheehey play but from what I've read he is exactly what we need. A good athlete that can hit the three with consistency.
Let's hope we can land him and I agree that Dino is doing a great job!

Dino recruited a kid from my area to UMBC when he was down there working for Randy Monroe. That program had a pretty good run (with Dino's kids) the last two years. It looks like the quality of players at UMBC may have slipped since then. Dino landed some good kids out of high school, but some of the better ones he snatched were transfers from other 4 year schools.
