Yeah cook played very well and we were able to save drew with 2 fouls...just got to get them to stop hitting 55 % of 3s

Very glad to see Cook do so well--a lot of people have written him off long ago. The best thing about freshmen is they become sophomores.

With their 3-pt shooting and our foul shooting, it's amazing we're this close! Especially with Nicholson sitting out the last 9+ minutes.

In my entry in the points game I said I feared we would be in trouble if St John's was hitting 3's. Guess that would be true of any opponent, but SJU just doesn't have much else offensively - guards who are good at creating or great inside scoring. But they got a couple a guys who can get hot from the outside. I also opined that Schmidt would out-coach Roberts and we would win 76-73, so I hope I'm right about that part.
