Fordham is coming to the RC tomorrow night to face our Bonnies who lost 79-72 in double overtime a few weeks back. I praying the Bonnies will will avenge that bitter loss with the support of the Bona faithful!!! WAY OVER DUE!!! SBU 67- 58

I gotta admit that my confidence in this team is pretty shaken but this seems like the type of game they can win and use to build on the rest of the season with. Or theyll just continue to crash and burn. I wonder what the spread is, i was in vegas the last time they played and fordham was giving 9 points so i would think the Bonnies are 3-4 pt dogs tomorrow at home. If Williams can handle himself inside like he has been doing lately and can neutralize Dunston a little bit i think we have a shot. I think it will be a close one, ive been picking the Bonnies lately to win so im gonna go the other way and say they will lose 71-67. (lets hope the reverse psychology works out)

I think this is a critical game for Bonas. Somebody needs to step up to the plate and make something happen. It starts with Sol, let five players work through their slumps and regain the confidence they had earlier in the year. Relph, Ahmad, Williams, Lee, and Hawkins. Bring Carson and Dunston in for the spark and for God sakes give Benson some quality rotation to gain his confidence. For once, force the opposing defense to make adjustments - cut to the hoop and create open shooters and SHOOT WHEN IT'S OPEN - Not at the end of the shot clock....

I don't know why everyone wants to give Benson more minutes. Early in the season I wanted to see him get more playing time but I realized he just isn't good. I watched him in warmups against Charlotte for an hour and I swear he made 2-3 shots. When you are a skinny guy who can't jump you better be able to shoot. He seems like a nice kid but we shouldn't be giving him any more minutes then he already is getting. No way in hell is he 6'7 either.

Well it all depends on the players decide they want to play tomorrow. This is a group of players that when they are playing with confidence can play with over half the teams in the A10 and when they aren't, well they really play poorly. They also seem to lack winning knowledge. So, we will either get blown out or the game will be real close and come down to the wire.

Those of us who were at the double OT loss at Rose Hill probably saw one of Bonas best efforts to date & a war on the court. Sol & staff have quite a challenge to bolster the confidence level of our Bonnies. Poor inside game & only 31% shooting at Hawk Hill did not help. The Rams have seen success in the last 3 out of four and confidence will play a big role in tomorrow’s outcome. We played Fordham tough on the boards and showed good D last time out. I expect us to rebound well against Dunston & company but I thought the same against St Joe’s. The ability of Fordham to score lots more from beyond the arc will be a big factor. At Rose Hill they outscored us by 18pts with the three ball. J Anderson is great to watch because he is so effective going to the hole but no one has as many treys at a league leading 47% rate. The treys & the 6 charges called against us in the Bronx really hurt in a down to the wire game. Hopefully our shots will start to fall & we rebound like we are capable of. One thing I'm sure of - coachSBU is smiling tonight. Go Bonnies!
