Some of you will love this, some of you will hate this, but the Washington Post has a good article on Gansey in this morning's preview of the WVU-Georgetown game. I found two parts of the article the most interesting: He was familiar with Beilein, having faced his teams while with the Bonnies, and he was struck by the atmosphere that surrounded the Mountaineers. It was very different from what he was leaving behind. "His team was so together, and he was like a father to all the kids," Gansey said of Beilein. "He cared about basketball, but also about how they're doing away from basketball. I got the feeling for it, for his team, and I knew that even if basketball didn't do well, I'd still have fun being around such great people." and, Two things contributed to his difficulties: First, West Virginia's pass-often style was a stark contrast to St. Bonaventure's ("Run-and-gun, whoever had the ball played one-on-one," Gansey said) www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/02/11/AR2006021101238.htm

I'm stupid. Gansey is smart. I was wrong. Gansey was right. Gansey is the best. I'm the worst. Gansey is very good looking. I'm not attractive.
