Sounded like a heck of a good game by our young men. They must have decided to play today in spite of their feelings for the coaches...the same coaches that have been working with the guys the last 48 hours on defending the backdoor cut in that Princeton style offense. I guess even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while.
Great game guys.

Seems to me, Pat Lottin and Wade Dunston were right where they ought be the rest of the year... ridin' pine! Carson and Peaches should get major "PT" from here on out--in fact, this move could have been made some time ago, really. Go Bonnies!!

To some, the cup will always be half empty...
Great win today. This team has now won 5 more games than last year. The schedule actually looks fairly favorable to the Bonnies down the stretch. There may be another win or two left in this squad.
Despite all of the negativity being spread thru this board, I view this season as a step in the right direction. More wins, more competitive games, more depth at every position, two solid signings in the early recruiting period. Betters days ahead.

Wow 18-22 from the line, 55% from the field and some nice defense!
Congrats to Sol and the boys on getting an A-10 victory. Nice distribution of minutes.

Look at Carson's line - 15 pts, 5-6 from the field, 5-5 from the line, 2 assists and 9 rebounds - 9 rebounds!!?? where did that come from? Also nice to see only 6 treys attempted for the team - that's about where this group should be. Was this Carson's first start this year? Maybe coming off the bench will take some of the pressure off Hawkins and let him get back on track. Let's hope this means Smith's found his game again. Finishing strong is important - these guys need a boost b/c there's a lot of work that needs to be put in between March and November - they need some success.

Woowho!! Go Bonas!
I'm new to the Board. Who are the two solid signings in the early recruiting period referred to by Go Padres?

James Williams and Jourdan Morris.

I'm not saying that he will have games like this every day but these are the kind of stats Carson had in HS. He rebounded with the best of them.

James Williams in Cloud's last blowout over Hutchinson CC (91-65) played only 21 mins. 2/3FGs, 1/2treys, 3/4FTs, 8 pts, 2 rebs, 4assists & 3 TOs. 13 Cloud players got lots of mins.

Jourdan's been struggling a little, from what I can gather. Seven points on Friday and only two the game before that. It looked like he was just hitting his stride, too, with totals of 21, 15, 21, 14 and 17 in his five previous games dating back to 1/17. He had been over 16 ppg, but that number is down to 13.9, with his free throw shooting still right at 75 percent.
I see Wiliams giving us somewhere between the contributions of Dunston and Smith this year, with Morris filling Lottin's role, sans the first three games of the season.
