Just looked on the Orlando Magic website. Looks like they will have two summer league teams. Orlando Magic blue team and Orlando Magic white team.
The blue team includes current Magic players like Aaron Gordon and Elfrid Payton and their draft picks for this season. I could be wrong, but it looks like rest of that roster is filled with players they may be giving a realistic look.
Youssou will be playing on the white team. It consists of current D-league players, guys playing overseas, and undrafted free agents all trying to break into the league. It would've been cool to see him playing with the same guys Andrew does, if only for a few days.
I'm not thrilled with the fact he playing on the Magic's summer league "B" team, but I'm sure he will get more playing time on this team than he would've on the other. Hopefully he will shine next week and a team will give him a shot.

Youssou isn't ready for the NBA yet. He needs a lot of development, and teams know that. Great kid who I hope will succeed. But let's not kid ourselves and say he's an NBA talent right now just because he's from our school.

Defensively and athletically he is an NBA talent. His offense certainly needs work

I don't believe he is ready for the NBA right now either, but playing in this summer league will give every NBA team a chance to see him against quality competition. Playing overseas would be beneficial in developing his game, but there's not a better way to get on a teams radar than playing in front of all their scouts and executives for a week. If he plays well who knows what can happen. All it takes is for one team to think he's got enough potential to work with.
