at top of page!
2014 Recruiting and 2015 Recruiting can probably move off page, as well as New Links.
Any way you can store permanent pages on page 2; would keep more current threads active on page 1.

Agreed and suggested before. Even the bonanation thread needs to go. Anyone can have a blog nowadays, and those that do, already provide a link to their crap.

Agree. Things go to page 2 too quick.

Yes, but it's not primarily the "permanent" threads that are the problem. This forum has some of the worst thread discipline of any I've ever seen. For example, I might have miscounted, but I'm pretty sure that the number of threads dedicated to the recent changes in seating at the RC is nine. I've seen posts on a single game stretch across as many as five threads. You can get get rid of every single permanent thread here and still bounce to page 2 in a heartbeat.

I think we should add a page of ad-sponsored threads before the poster's threads. Who's with me?

Much like the hot dogs in the RC, I've always liked some buffer before I get to what I came to the site for. Can we pin some of the original threads so we have to go to page 2?

There was a thread by Dunga that listed and provided links for video/audio for all of our games.....of course not important now but when the season begins it is a valuable thread....and Dunga updates/edits the page before every game......the date does not change because the key post is edited.
