"Lums" - I agree, I guess frustrating is the word! And I guess this is all I was trying to say, but I got hung for it!
Maybe there is hope for us!
I guess we'll see what happens when they suit em up!

OK guys Hall got his release yesterday. Baldanado is a blue chip recruit as is James(must sit out next yr.) They need guards to get the ball to the big guys and what they brought in is marginal. I'm sure Everhardt will do a great job there, but like us, it's one step at a time.
BTW sticks is 6'4" 160 lbs....can you imagine Sol bringing him here? Everyone would be all over him.

Hi. I'm the guy from the Providence board who visits from time to time. I thought you'd be interested to know that your staff is involved with Marvin Owens of CCRI via Bridgeport, CT. (I'm tracking him because I'd love him to become a Friar). This past year he led the nation in scoring and was voted First Team All-American...both were at the JUCO D2 level. The problem with Marvin is G-R-A-D-E-S. He needs to pass some summer courses to become eligible to play.
Come visit the PC board every now and then. Over there I changed my name to "TheInfoMan" about a month ago.

Thanks for the name Nailman. We are out of scholarships now, so I doubt we are still interested. How is Charles Burch working out for you?

Serious question. How much difference is there between D1 and D2 at the JUCO level?
Have to admit, leading scorer in the nation and first team All American grabs your attention. Then again, I guess so does difficulty with grades (especially at JUCO)!

OceanSt: mb4.scout.com/fprovidencefrm1Swede: I expect him to start next year at SF (as he did much of last season). I'm truly happy to have him on board, although he is the weakest member of the starting five. Phantom: While you might see the top (35) or so D1 JUCO players will become high-major D1 players. However, only another (5) to (10) will be invited to that level from the D2 JUCO ranks.
