As an alumn and a fan, the biggest problem our favorite team has in the 5 spot. For example, in the home Duquesne game, Hughes and Osun squared up for the tip off and Hughes was like a boxer, glaring and trying to intimidate. Long story short, Osun could not play as he was capable and could not be aggressive because we needed him not to get fouls. Once you have skill, basketball is also a mental game. For this 3rd season, we need the"can't lose attitude". Play strong Osun.. if you could out then you could out. Do not play tentative. This is our last chance to make a statement. We have the athletes, now it's mental. I hear what you’re saying on the mental aspect but bringing up Osun vs Duquesne and Hughes this year is a bad example. In the home game where you state that Hughes was trying to intimidate, Osun went for 23 pts and 13 rebounds vs Hughes 18 and 7. Osun also outplayed him in the first game, going for 12 and 7 vs 7 and 6. Hassan French was a different story though. I would love to see Osun get another crack at him in Brooklyn. I thought he held his own against French last year despite getting in foul trouble.

What's amazing is the progress Richmond made this year after only winning 13 last season and 12 the year before. And they have zero seniors. Key players are juniors. Hmmmmmmmm........
Bottom line is that in the A10, Jr, Sr. Leadership tends to make a big difference. Every team in the top 4 had that and yes they will still have the bulk of it next year also.
Next years A10 is going to be even stronger as a whole. Probably no top 5 in the country teams, but I could see 3 or 4 ranked at times during the year.
