Interesting question. I think we all have our assumptions on potential starters, so I’ll probably say Jaxon Edwards as I don’t think any of us expects him to get a ton of time. But he does seem like a versatile defender at least so that might get him more time than we all think.

Possibly not "underrated" as I'm not sure how he's being rated but you just get the feeling that Dasonte Bowen, who missed time via injury and then hit the portal is overlooked and will be a dynamite playmaker at the RC.
I was talking to some Iowa alumni and they were upset that Bowen didn't see more time and speculated that Iowa coach Fran Mccaffrey is too hard/old school on younger players and they could've used Bowen's skill set more

Good thing we have a coach who is very easy going and patient in working with new players…. Coaches no longer have time to be easy going and patient in working with players. LOL. they don't have time for any players that may not fit the system. Let's not put down the coach. |
