Graduate Housing Project

Does anyone know the status of the graduate dorm project? At one time Bonas had a billboard across from the Garden apartments which is no longer there. Also, they did some trees in that area for what I thought was the dorm project.

The new apartments built by Harbor Freight are very pricey going for around 2K per month. Those apartments were built by Ellicot Development headed by Carl Paladino.

Carl’s apts. have a lovely view of harbor freight and the rear of the taster freeze!
But they are close to Walmart!
