Stayed up late last night and caught the DUKE - ARIZONA game (@ Arizona). What a game by the 17 year old 6'9" Freshman listed as a Guard. Stat line - Played 38 minutes 24 points 6 Rebounds 3 Assists. The kid took it to a strong Arizona team with 2 excellent 7 footers with no fear. He played great on Defense as well. Closest thing to Larry Bird I've seen in 40 years - only he has hops too ... He is the real deal - Can't wait to see him and DUKE take on KANSAS next Tuesday in VEGAS.
BTW - Not a big DUKE fan or anything - so easy on the DUKE hate (hahaha). I just enjoy watching the college game (SO much more than the NBA).
