Verizon for sure. Used it all over Olean and SBU campus and buildings during Reunion 2005. Never missed a beat.

Verizon has 2 stores in Olean - one across from the Best Western Hotel (next to Walmart); and another downtown at 502 N. Union St. (in the Delaware Park Centre, next to OTB).
Go to the one in Delaware Park Centre, and ask for Marissa (tell her Fox from the Bandwagon sent you;-)
It's easy to get to, just go up W. State St from SBU to the center of town, turn left at the light (Rt. 16 North), and go to the 5th. light. Delaware Park Centre is on your right (there is also a Burger King, OTB, Big Lots and several other stores in this little strip mall).
Marissa is the step-daughter of The Phantom, a long-time board regular.

I used verizon all 4 years and I never once had trouble with it.
