One important detail to note; the costs of the settlement will be picked up through an insurance carrier. Although this is common practice, I for one am glad to see that it was the case here, as the financial situation at Bonas isn't looking very good as it is. I'm not very happy that the scumbag got anything at all, but at least this is another chapter that is done with in this tragedy
