Is there any way to have the replies open so you don't have to click on every single subject line?

Are you referring to how the Voy boards were? If so, I'm pretty sure there isn't an option for that. This format seems to be more efficient, where the most popular posts are kept towards the top. Also don't have to read topics that you care less about (Pulaski Club gatherings, Pabst Blue Ribbons- yuck, and horse racing)
