Kareem Brown, a 6-foot-0, 175 pound shooting guard from New London High School in New London, Connecticut, is one of the more explosive scorers coming out of the Nutmeg State in the class of 2006. Brown, who plays with the Rhode Island Breakers, has received interest from programs like St. Bonaventure, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, St. Peter's, Central Connecticut, Sacred Heart, and Quinnipiac. He's a guy who can score it in bunches when he gets hot, an offensive-minded player who can drill jumpers off the bounce and finds ways to put it in the hole. He'll have to give a more consistent effort on the defensive end to realize his potential. Corey Magee drew a group of coaches in the City Rocks' loss to Toronto Mission, among them St. Bonaventure head coach Anthony Solomon, Niagara head man Joe Mihalich, Canisius head coach Mike MacDonald, and Siena head coach Fran McCaffrey. story.foxsports.scout.com/a.z?s=438&p=2&c=413029&refid=400
