I have to say, as a student at St. Bonaventure University and a close fan of the basketball team for many years, I am very annoyed by the things said on this site. Most of you went to St. Bonaventure, and don’t you feel guilty or upset by the things you say completely trashing your alma mater? For example, everything that was said in regards to Tyler, you were all in college and I’m sure you drank; yeah you might not have been as stupid or irresponsible as to get in a car and drive like he was but why do you have to sit here and talk trash about him? He made a stupid mistake and now he will pay for it, unfortunately so will the rest of the team. You’re supposed to be fans of St. Bonaventure, and yes our basketball team has been through a lot these past years and you might not be a fan of Anthony Solomon but he is doing everything he can to get this program back on track and running strong again. No one said it was going to be easy so why not support your school and be behind it? And if there is nothing good going on for the basketball team right now why not say something about one of the other sports teams, or other groups or clubs on campus that are doing extremely well right now. Basketball is certainly not the only thing on campus here and there are certainly loads other activites that are doing way better right now....

Basketball is talked about because it makes the most money for the University. That's why there isn't a diverse ammount of sports talked about on the bandwagon. And besides it was a joke

Bona91, I would suggest that this post be removed. As a lawyer, I've got to tell you that this is the type false statement that could lead to a defamation lawsuit. Intended as a joke or not, the fact remains it is false and disturbing. If left on the board, it has the real potential of hurting Patrick's reputation. Especially, considering that you need to scroll down to a separate post to determine that it was intended as a joke.

Well I also am a lawyer and I would completely disagree with you GoPadres. I think these kind of posts are great for the University. And for bonas07, lighten up buddy, it's a friggin joke. Nobody is trashing their alma mater and we do support this University 100%. You guys have got to stop taking yourselves so damn seriously. By the way, I heard aliens have abducted Yankuba Camara. More on that story and their ransom demands later. And if you believe that, I've got a couple acres of swamp land to sell ya...

We should all relax and sometimes take things with a grain of salt, especially when you read things on a website such as this. Somethings just cant be believed on this site and other things can. Hopefully we all will find out who the "real" poster are and who the "fake" posters are and move on. Bona91 worked to hard for all this nonsense. Go bonnies

Well I see that the registration board has not made much difference when it comes to offensive postings.
I found the original post to have no element of humor at all. It was in bad taste and offensive. The replies by the original author since have been consistent.

Actually, the original post was hilarious if you know the person who wrote it and his relationship to Mr. Patrick Lottin and it was even funnier when people reacted the way they did. Kudos to you BonaChief, kudos to you...
