Caswell Cyrus, a power forward who was part of St. Bonaventure's NCAA Tournament team in 2000, signed a contract with Rochester in the American Basketball Association.
Cyrus played pro ball in France in 2000-2001, but a knee injury cut short his career. He is the Bonnies' all-time leader in blocked shots (289) and ranks 12th all-time in rebounds (680).
The RazorSharks will open the season in Rochester's Blue Cross Arena on Nov. 5 against the Buffalo Rapids in a matchup of two first-year teams.
