I have to believe that is a mistake. Legends Night is a great idea but why not do both of them in the same night. That way the students/alumni/fans can see the past and the present. Nearly every school in the country does some sort of midnight practice or formal kickoff to the start of the season with fans and media. Why aren't we doing it anymore? I would think that the players look forward to showcasing their skills and having a big event to start the season. It would make a great event even better. Having a hard time understanding this one.

Actually, I think it's a great idea. Rather than just making it just about the current players it helps show them (and the fans) how they are part of something bigger than just this year's team. They are part of the long tradition of St. Bonaventure basketball.

There will be an open practice tomorrow at 7:00. It is the first official practice of this basketball season. I heard there will be a scrimmage. Chance to see the new players.
