i put the question about the apd and the atm story to my nephew. he's a junior and lives near the burton so i think he's in the know. he said he never heard any atm stories, but has been a parties where the apd has conficated the door money, or taken the tap or other things.

I believe they are ok confiscating the door money at an underage keg party. But its when they take that kid at the door to the ATM and tell him to pay a "fine'' right on the spot where it gets sticky. Tell your nephew to be on the lookout or ask around. I guarantee he'll get a couple stories about it.
