Welcome Lex to Bona! May you have a "Good Journey." Big Apple Sports has just made clear that Lex is a Bonnie & was previously a Ram. jh I'm sure likes the shot blocking capability.

Coach Labagh's decision to start freshman Lex James was huge. James provided the spark the coach was looking for in the first half. After James scored the Rams first eight points of the second half, the rout was on.
James led the Rams with 18 points on an array of thunderous dunks coming off the offensive glass.

What a great job this staff has done in the spring recruiting period espeically with the poor record this year. I have said this before, but i'll say it again, imagine what this staff will do in future years when they don't have any sanctions (they are still under the ncaa sanctions this spring). Bonas is actually going to have height next year (Lee 6'8, Lex 6'9, Williams 6'10, Fox and Ivan 6'11).

That's great news for us!! Let's hope we TRIPLE cross the I's and T's as far as his eligibility. Let's send his file to all the other A-10 compliance officers as well as hand-deliver his file to the NCAA offices. However, the last time we on this board all collectively said "Welding Certificate?  " nothing was done about it. Now here we sit again saying "GED? ". The only problem is, this time it is the death penalty we are fooling with. If he is eligible, I will be happy as the next guy. If he is even CLOSE to being ineligible, we shouldn't risk it. |

JAC, you goota love the title of the article="BONNIES HIT THE JACKPOT AGAIN"! The only concerning part of the brief story says "SBU has landed a JC committment, pending a visit" I don't understand the "pending a visit" part. So could someone with a subscription help explain?  |
